Melissa is a program evaluator and coach with over 15 years of experience evaluating programs across the country in multiple fields including education, health, and wellness. Melissa’s mission is to help organizations and entrepreneurs who are doing good to increase their effectiveness and impact. She provides organizations and entrepreneurs with the tools and support they need to purposefully create, improve, and refine programs and evaluate their success at every stage. She is professional and supportive, responsive and reassuring, and intuitive and contemplative. Melissa received her Master’s in Public Policy with a concentration in program evaluation from The John Hopkins University. She is a member of the American Evaluation Association and a certified life coach.

Melissa believes there is a way to work and to evaluate that weds the strengths and advantages of masculine and feminine, traditional and cutting-edge, and qualitative and quantitative approaches. As an experienced evaluator (senior research coordinator for over 20 multi-year evaluations across the U.S. and its territories) and trained life coach, she is particularly familiar with the struggles and challenges faced by those in the education and entrepreneurial sectors.
